Your $2,500 deposit is fully refundable when you cancel before equipment handover. The $120 delivery/pickup fee is fully refundable if no delivery-related trip has begun. Once travel begins, retained transportation costs are itemized and unused services are credited.
Actual, nonrecoverable third-party processing fees may reduce your refund where permitted and disclosed before payment. No administrative markup. Deadlines use the confirmed rental start time in Eastern Time.

Receive your equipment, then return the complete setup at your agreed pickup time.

Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Washington, DC, subject to confirmed scheduling and site access. The $120 fee covers delivery and pickup once per order.
How does the deposit work?
Each order includes a $2,500 refundable insurance deposit. It is held as security, not insurance coverage. Documented deductions and refund timing are explained in our rental agreement.
What comes with the equipment?
iMac rentals include a Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse. Your written quote will specify storage configurations and the complete accessory list for every model. Ask about software, iPad cases, stands, and other project needs before confirming.
What if I need to cancel?
Rental cancellation charges are 10% at least 10 days before rental start, 50% from 3 to fewer than 10 days, and 90% under 3 days. The 48-hour full-refund option also requires at least 10 days’ advance notice. Deposit and transportation refunds are handled separately. Read all cancellation and refund terms.
Is my booking confirmed when I send an inquiry?
No. We confirm availability and issue a written order with the final charges, delivery arrangements, and terms. No payment is taken through this inquiry form.
